ERGOSE participates in International Consultancy Services bids, with services related to the sectors in which it operates. The Company participates in these bids in partnership with Greek and European companies.
ERGOSE is currently participating in the following international bids:
SERBIA
Consortium: ERGOSE SA (leader), SYSTEMA Consulting SMLTD, WYG International.
Description: Assistance to the Serbian Infrastructure Company to implement the reconstruction and modernization of the Nis – Dimitrovgrad railway line and the construction of the Nis bypass. Counseling services (“Services”) include two Phases, to be implemented over the period 2017-2022.
Phase 1 – Project Supervision Services
The Consultant acts as a Consultant Engineer in accordance with the FIDIC Terms of Service and ensures that the works are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Construction and / or Design and Construction Contracts, taking all the necessary technical decisions for the successful and timely implementation of the Contracts.
Phase 2 – Support for the Program Implementation Unit (PIU)
Services cover project management support, in particular as regards document review, procurement procedures, monitoring of project implementation and reporting to lenders and sponsors, by conducting ad hoc studies.
ALBANIA

Description:
- The contract concerns the provision of technical support and advice to the PIU during the preparation of the Tender Documents in accordance with EBRD rules and procedures for the new 7.4 km long Tirana-Tirana International Rail Line, and the upgrading of the existing 34.7 km long railway line between Durres and Tirana.
- It also includes the provision of technical support to the Service (PIU) during the implementation phase of the Construction Contract on Schedule Issues as well as variation requests of the Contractor’s change variation orders.

Description:The project concerns the works supervision for the construction of the 34.7 km railway line between Tirana and Durres and the construction of a new 7.4 km railway connection between the Tirana railway station and the Tirana International Airport.
