The project involves the execution of the works required for the construction of the infrastructure and superstructure on the railway line of the Containers Terminal at the pier of the Alexandroupoli port, as well as the connection between the line and the existing group of tracks at the Alexandroupoli Railway Station.
The project includes:
- infrastructure works for the new railway line
- superstructure works (ballasted track and boxed track at the port area)
- remaining works for the restoration of the surrounding area
