It is an action developed for the first time in Greece and aims to manage the plant capital of olive trees and to save them through transport and transplantation in cooperation with public and private bodies. The total cost of the environmental project, for the two phases, exceeded 60.000 €.
The President & CEO of ERGOSE, Mr. Christos Vinis, on the occasion of the completion of the environmental actions said that : “The completion of these actions confirms ERGOSE’s commitment to the protection of the natural environment and the preservation of our heritage as these trees are part of it. The olive tree will always symbolize prosperity and hope and will be part of the Greek tradition, which we must highlight, especially in these difficult times”.
